1. I trust my gut and follow my heart

Don't let your problems control you; face them; let your dreams guide you; live the life you want; be the person you want to be remembered for years to come; make decisions; act on them; make mistakes; stumble; and try again.

Even if you fail a thousand times, at least you won't have to wonder what might have been. At least, you'll know deep down that you did your best to make your dreams come true.

Every person has a passion inside of them for something, and it is our duty to discover and maintain this passion. Your life is too short to put off following your dreams. So, don't let others stifle your passion.

Try what you want to try, chase after what you want, trust your instincts, follow your dreams as they unfold, and then take at least one step toward realizing those dreams each day.

You will experience some significant setbacks as you work to accomplish your goals. They may try to discourage you, but don't let that stop you from pursuing your goals. Consider these setbacks as obstacles or a test of your courage and perseverance. We regret a lot what we didn't more than what we did.

Self-talk

2. I'm proud of myself

You are both your own best friend and harshest critic. Regardless of what other people may think, you alone are in charge of creating who you are. Therefore, embrace who you are and be proud of yourself without feeling guilty or regret.

It only takes imagining the person you want to become, and doing your best to grow and achieve what you want to grow and become the person you want. People who are proud of themselves have passion in their lives, feel fulfilled, and set a good example for others.

Being proud does not entail boasting about your accomplishments; It's about knowing that you are deserving of so much, and it's not about believing that you are perfect because no one is; it's about knowing that all you need to do to earn other people's love and acceptance is to be yourself and live your own special life stor. Be proud and self-assured because you never know who might wish they were more like you.

3. I have an impact

Act as if everything you do matters because it does. You also make a positive impact on your own life when you make someone else's life better. Make a special effort to make someone else happy or to ease their suffering.

You are only one person, but you are unique, and while you can't do everything, you can still make a difference. So, smile, and take pride in the fact that you likely made a difference that you will never forget.

4. I'm happy and grateful

You control your own happiness by how you think. You consciously choose and develop habits that shape how you see the world and yourself. The lens through which you choose to view the world affects how you perceive both yourself and the world around you.

Positivity always results from gratitude. If you have trouble feeling thankful for anything, sit down, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and focus on how fortunate you are to be able to breathe. Each breath you take, someone else is drawing their last.

5. I'm becoming a better version of myself

"Always be a better person than yourself, rather than just a good version of someone else," American actress Judy Garland once said. Adopt this phrase: you cannot be someone else's replacement; if you are not yourself, you are not living; you merely exist.

Remember that imitating everyone else is a waste of your character; so accept that individual within you who has incredible ideas, strengths, and beauty. Be the best version of yourself, on your own terms, constantly improve, take care of your body and health, always surround yourself with positivity, and be the better person you aspire to be.

6. My time is beneficial and positive

Making time for what is important today, such as focusing on the present moment, discovering your passion in life, seeing the world and traveling, or simply seeing the world around you now, being with amazing people, doing amazing things, eating great food, having fun, and enjoying the little life, is the most important component of life.

Remember that your time is priceless, but it is free; you can't own it, but you can use and spend it; you can't keep it, and once you lose it, you can never get it back; and you only have a limited amount of time to live. Make your dreams bigger than your fears, your actions truer than your words, and your time an investment.

Self-talk

7. I am truthful with myself

Be truthful about what is right and what needs to be changed. Be truthful about what you want to accomplish and who you want to become. Always be truthful in all aspects of your life because you are the only person you can rely on indefinitely.

Examine your soul for the truth until you truly understand who you are; once you do, you will have a better understanding of where you are now and how you got there, and you will be better equipped to decide where you want to go and how to get there.

8. I get along well with people I care about

In human relationships, distance is measured in terms of passion rather than miles. Two people can care about each other even if they are thousands of miles apart. So, don't ignore someone you care about because the effect of not paying attention is more painful than the effect of angry words. So, keep in touch with those you care about because it's worth the extra effort you put in, not because it's a comfortable relationship.

When was the last time you expressed your feelings for your family and close friends? Spending a little time with someone shows that you care about them and that they are important enough that you choose to find the right time to spend with them out of all the things that need to be done in your busy schedule. So, talk to them, listen to them, and try to understand them, because our actions, not just our words, often express how we truly feel about another person.

9. Find out what unconditional love feels like

Whether your love is towards a child, a partner, or another family member, know what it feels like to give love without expecting anything in return, as this is the true meaning of unconditional love.

Also, living life through that love is a wonderful adventure that brings out our true personalities and illuminates our path with joy. This love is an inner and powerful energy that sustains us through the most difficult times.

Love is beautiful and illogical, and it begins with self-love. We cannot understand true love if we don't love ourselves first. By allowing ourselves to feel loved, we can then spread that love to everyone and everything in our environment. When you love someone unconditionally, it's not because they're perfect; rather, it's because you come to accept that everyone is flawed.

10. Forgiving the people who have wounded me

At some point in our lives, we have all been hurt by someone else, mistreated, lost our confidence, and our hearts hurt. Although this pain is normal, it can occasionally last for a very long time. After that, we repeatedly relive the pain, allowing the person who hurt us to take up most of our thoughts, and we find it difficult to move on.

While forgiveness is your release from the prison of hatred , hatred is just a waste of happiness that makes us lose the joy of life.

11. Taking ownership of my life

Be accountable for your decisions and mistakes, and be prepared to make the necessary corrections. Either you accept responsibility for your life or someone else does, and when they do, you will no longer be your own master, but a slave to their goals and aspirations.

Only try to have direct control over how your life will turn out, but it won't always be simple. Everyone faces numerous challenges, but you must accept responsibility for your circumstances and get past them all. Living on the periphery of life is a decision not to do that.

12. I don't regret anything

This point is a culmination of the previous eleven. It is said, "Follow your heart, be true to yourself, do whatever makes you happy, always be with someone who makes you smile, laugh as long as you breathe, love while you are alive, say what you have to say, help when you can, appreciate all that you have, smile, celebrate your small victories, learn from your mistakes, try to realize that everything is a lesson to be learned, forgive, and let go of the things you can't control.."
