1. Give yourself priority

In business, it is very easy to make many commitments to others, so you should slow down when this happens. Remember that your safety is the most important, and your health is the most precious thing you have.

Setting aside an hour on the weekend is the right way to take care of yourself to plan for the coming week and set aside times for self-care, such as booking massages, exercising, taking time for creative thinking, or anything fun you want to do.

You should give self-care, pleasure, and the same attention you give to meetings and work. Don't assume you'll do it once your work finishes because if you don't prioritize it on your schedule, you won't.

2. Practice rejection

It is a skill that every entrepreneur should learn, whether it is your personal life or employee requests; you must exercise your right of refusal and find flexible ways to do so. You can use a “not so but so” approach.

For example, if someone invites you for a cup of coffee, you can tell them, “Unfortunately, my schedule is busy, but I am going to meet a client on Thursday, will the date suit you after I finish?” One of the most critical lessons is learning to say no without feeling bad.

We always strive to do our best all the time, but this is simply unrealistic. 4. Sit down and think

Problems may seem intractable if we allow ourselves to be affected and sad because when we are in a state of extreme exhaustion, the troubles seem massive. So, calm down and think calmly, and remember that this is the age of life and that there is always a way to encounter problems and recall all the times when you dealt with difficult situations and faced challenging times and choices.
