As we get older, we face the so-called "mid-life crisis," dealing with tough changes. The only way to face these crises courageously is to acknowledge the inevitability of change and gather the strength to accept it.

2. Breaking Up with a Fiancé/Fiancée
Love can lift us high, but breakups can shatter us. When love turns ugly, it’s painful to deal with. What should you do after a breakup? Accept that it happened for a reason, keep yourself busy with productive activities, and trust that you’ll find love again, and the pain will fade away.
