Many night owls aspire to make a change and become morning people, willing to face the challenges of this transformation.
I firmly believe that the night is meant for rest and sleep, while the day is the best time for work. Mornings are the ideal time to receive blessings, be creative, and care for your health.
These three facts were enough to make me accomplish half of my tasks in the morning, while night owls are still tossing and turning, trying to wake up and get out of bed.
Six Ways To Help Invest In Your Morning
1. Plan Your Morning the Night Before
One of the most beautiful times during the day is the morning; it's filled with peace and tranquility. Individual productivity is at its peak during this time, and time passes quickly, often leaving us in the evening without realizing when the day began.
It is good to write down the tasks for the next day in the evening before bedtime. This makes the following morning more peaceful and organized, allowing your mind ample time to complete the required tasks.
Additionally, it helps generate new ideas that can assist you in your work before leaving home. This way, you'll have time for morning exercise, meditation or prayer, having breakfast with your family, or even watching TV before heading to work.
2. Dedicate Nighttime to Sleep Only
The author Ben Franklin says, "Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy, and wise." Sleep, in general, has many benefits, but nighttime sleep, in particular, has great advantages because the night is meant for rest and sleep. During the night, nature calms down, and the light disappears. It's natural for your daily routine and activity to change according to the natural elements.
On average, a person needs between 7.5 to 8 hours of sleep every night. Some individuals may be fine with 6 hours, while others require 9 hours or more, depending on the advice of some experts.

3. Address Morning Headache Properly
The symptoms you experience in the morning can be bothersome due to consuming certain foods or drinks the previous night. Therefore, it's advisable to reduce your intake of such items, and it's best to avoid them as much as possible.
In emergency cases, you should be familiar with the correct medical methods to treat morning headaches to avoid wasting the most valuable time of the day.
4. Work At Day, Rest At Night
Many writers and online entrepreneurs prefer dedicating their nights to work and getting things done, as they feel more productive. As a result, they may miss out on their mornings.
The solution lies in creating a work schedule that allows you to complete most of your tasks during the day, leaving your evenings free for personal activities like reading, meditation, prayer, or spending time with your family. This approach can help you become more efficient and fulfill your role as a responsible parent and understanding spouse in the morning.
5. Place the Alarm Clock Away from Your Bed
I previously used to set my alarm for the time I wanted to wake up, thinking that I would wake up as soon as it rang. However, in the morning, I often felt drowsy and would hit the snooze button. But now, I've trained myself to wake up at the set time consistently by placing the alarm clock far from my bed. This way, I'm forced to leave bed when it goes off. Give this method a try to overcome your difficulty waking up.
6. Revaluate Your Morning Routine
You will only be able to make the most of the morning period if you reconsider its role as the most important time of the day. It's filled with peace and tranquility, free from the noise of children or the commotion of neighbors. Ignoring these advantages will keep your productivity in the morning at a minimum.
