Similarly, practicing meditation is an approach to training the subconscious. It involves focusing on one idea, goal, or activity while regulating your breathing, which helps to achieve psychological and emotional stability. Through meditation, you can raise your focus to a high level, which provides you with many opportunities in life.

The mind is full of power. The thoughts that we repeat over a certain period of time can turn into reality.

What is confirmation bias?

It is a cognitive bias that involves the brain searching for evidence that confirms and reinforces our existing beliefs. Constantly repeating certain thoughts can motivate your mind to work, but if you constantly have negative thoughts, your mind will consider any information it receives, whether positive or negative, as confirmation of the negative belief and will act accordingly.

Confirmation bias plays a big role in entrepreneurs' success, especially when it is invested in a positive way. If someone starts a business with a preconceived belief in their future success, they will act accordingly, and they will have a great chance of turning those beliefs into reality.

Now that you can achieve greater success, you can set high goals, overcome fears, take risks with confidence in yourself, believe in your ability to succeed, and practice self-discipline.

The key to turning raw ideas into real projects involves taking action. Meditation, positive compliments, and positive thinking are all essential factors for achieving success, but taking actual action is the best way to train your subconscious to do the impossible.

Two simple steps that will encourage you to take action

You can start by writing down the goals that you seek to achieve in both the long and short term, determining when to achieve them, and choosing the appropriate process for achieving them. Try to divide your goals into other small, doable goals and strive to achieve them. By writing down your goals, you transform what is intangible into something tangible.

1. Stay focused

It's easy to get distracted and lose motivation to achieve your goals, but the key to maintaining focus is to plan ahead and reduce distractions. Many people try to do too many tasks at once, which is another distraction factor. So try to concentrate on making small, rather than large, progress. You can apply the 80/20 rule to your daily activities. Focusing is like a muscle; it becomes weak when it is overused. Therefore, it is necessary to take breaks regularly, which will increase your focus and enhance your productivity.

2. Immediately start implementing actions that will help you reach your goals

Confirmation bias involves the subconscious collecting evidence that supports a certain belief, as mentioned above. The subconscious is in a constant state of recording, observing, and expressing our behavior in the form of habits. With that in mind, you can use compliments and meditation to change your previous beliefs by repeating and visualizing a particular word or phrase and then transferring that to the implementation stage, which will prompt your mind to collect more evidence that will change your previous beliefs.

Many successful people have invested their brain power through focus. To be a great human being, you have to restructure yourself first. This is your key to success, along with holding positive beliefs and taking actions that will help you achieve your goals.
