Note: This article is based on the work of the writer Marc Chernoff, in which he tells us about things to remember in moments of weakness.
You must be suffering from the same thing because we all suffer from it. We all have bad days and moments of self-doubt.
Sometimes the pressure from peers, family, work, and society, in general, is enough to shatter us from the inside completely; if we don't have the right job, relationship, lifestyle, etc., after a certain age or over time, we assume that we are not good enough; Also, my wife, Angel, and I hear about this kind of destructive mindset from our customers and readers of our blog daily, and we are victims of this mindset as well.
What else can we do?
Here's how I deal with it: Every time I think I'm not good enough, I immediately write an idea that contradicts my negative thoughts. I've practiced it for the past several years, and it has made a big difference in my life. I encourage you to do the same.
If you need some inspiration, here are twenty things to remember when you feel like you're not good enough:
1. Do not compare yourself to others
You go your own way. Sometimes our suffering results from comparing our bad circumstances to the most beautiful moments in the lives of others, so forget what others are doing and achieving, go beyond your limits, and outdo yourself to live a better life.

2. Reality is a necessary step
Sometimes we refuse to accept the current reality because we believe we deserve the best. The truth, however, is that your current reality is exactly what you need to get to the future you wish for yourself.
3. Be patient
In difficult times, remember that you will not achieve a goal without pain, so stay away from what hurts you, but never forget what it taught you.
Pain is part of growth, and remember that there are two types of pain: one that hurts you and one that changes you. Instead of avoiding it as you move forward in life, remember that it helps you grow.
4. Do not deny reality; it will make you suffer
Remember that happiness requires accepting reality precisely as it is instead of wishing for the best and thinking about other possibilities. Reality is reality, and everything else is pure fantasy; So, give it some thought.
This means that your misery stems from your resistance to the way things are going. You cannot control everything that happens. You can only control your response; the power lies in your response.
5. Remember that happiness is your choice
If you choose to be miserable, you will find many reasons to make you so. If you choose happiness, you will find many reasons to be happy. So think about it: can you bring misery out of nothing? If so, you can bring satisfaction and inspiration into your life; do just that.
6. Don't stop trying
If you don't try in the first place, 20 years from now, you'll be more disappointed by the opportunities you missed than the ones you failed. So, give yourself a chance.
7. You always have something you can do
Nothing at all prevents you from moving forward at least one small step. Remember, planning without action is only a vision, so you must accompany the dream with action. Simply taking one modest step after another will get you there.
It is not enough to look in the right direction; you must really go that way. Sometimes, a tiny step in the right direction can be a massive one in your life, and you have to take this step no matter how small.
8. Learning from failure
No day is ever wasted in pursuit of your goal, so enjoy the journey and appreciate its beauty even if the road is full of obstacles.
9. The impossible is not a constant
Life experiences are the cruelest teachers because they test you first and then give you the lesson after that. This is a blessing because it increases your strength and ability day after day, so do not give up today because things yesterday seemed impossible; Don't even think about it.
10. Don't let worry stop you
Instead of worrying about what might happen, go ahead and use the energy and intelligence you have to deal with what's actually happening.
11. Don't forget that your dreams define your life
It's up to you to choose what you want to focus on, forget what you don't like, and focus on what lights the fire within you. When you see a chance, take it. If you have a dream, live it. Those who are excited and passionate about what they do have an advantage that is almost impossible to defeat; be one of those people.

12. You do not need the approval of others
Don't wait for people to decide what you do; listen to yourself instead. Few people will actually stay faithful to you, so you must be honest with yourself.
13. Your desire to succeed is essential to realizing it
When you set a goal that means a lot to you, you can achieve it, and when you have the will, commitment, and perseverance, you will always reach your goal. There is no ambiguity in success, and it does not require magic; it is a natural result of your perseverance and sincere endeavors. You may feel overwhelmed sometimes, but you must understand that success requires some effort.
14. Leave no other choice but success for yourself
It is astonishing what you can achieve when you have no other option. To thrive, you must not give yourself any other choice but to succeed. You are good enough; you only have to realize it and overcome all obstacles. If you think your problems are too heavy, you will never overcome them. Do not panic, do not worry, and do not complain because you know exactly what to do.
15. Give Yourself What You Deserve
Self-respect, love, and appreciation are essential, but they start with you. You cannot earn the respect of others unless you respect and love yourself as if you were the most wonderful person in existence.
First and foremost, it is your responsibility to realize your value, and this responsibility towards yourself means not allowing others to think, speak, or decide on your behalf. Success requires following your intuition and investing your intelligence, as well as hard work.
16. You are stronger than hardships
Let every setback and disappointment motivate you to move forward with more determination. When faced with a problem, you can allow it to identify or destroy you, or you can draw strength from it; the choice is yours.
Remember that you are much stronger than you think. You may not have reached your goal yet, but you have made a lot of progress. Celebrate the progress you have made.
17. Be thankful
Life does not have to be perfect to be great, so learn your lessons, avoid regrets, accept life, avoid worry, be thankful for what you have, and avoid fiction. Life is very short, and your life story has many chapters. One bad chapter doesn't mean that life is over. Turn the page and move on.
18. You deserve happiness
You do not need to be happy in every aspect of your life to smile. Sometimes, it is enough to be strong and intelligent enough to accept life as sweet and bitter and to do your best.
19. Make past wounds a symbol of your strength
Never be ashamed of the wounds of the past because they have healed. You have overcome the pain, learned the lesson, become a stronger person, and moved on. These wounds are the symbol of victory, so do not allow them to restrict you and make you live your life in fear.
You cannot hide the scars, but you can change your vision of them and know that they are a sign of strength and not pain.
20. You are still trying
Say these words and make them your motto. Be positive, patient, and persevering. The closer you are to giving up, the more essential it becomes to be patient and persevering. The strongest people are not those who win; rather, they are those who don't quit after losing.
