This subject has been discussed in detail in one of (Gimlet) media company podcasts entitled (Startup) in their second season opening, which included one of the new emerging companies.
The manager and the employees are still resentfully unhappy.
Employees never forget these unpleasant situations "Tony Deblauwe" the founder of (HR4 change) for consulting has spoken with prolongation in the Tchat# show on the site (Talentculture.com) about these situations.
What makes it worse is that the whole world is still struggling through a bad economic maze that has never been seen before in our time. Despite the work opportunities and reduced unemployment in the last period, the pay never hit the right spot and workers with their bosses are suffering to raise productivity. In addition, some workers can't control their emotions, as you can find thousands of bad treatment complaints arrive yearly to the concerned parties.
Who is the Boss?
According to Gallup institution for analysis and consulting, more employees have been getting along well in the last few years. Even though 70% of them are still generally unhappy, it's been slightly better for CEOs and higher-ranked managers, but still 60% of them stay unsatisfied as well. It seems that consolidating the employees and giving trust and authority are not enough to make them satisfied.
But if you take it from another perspective, you will find that this study also indicates that 30% of employees and 40% of bosses 40% of leaders are happy and integrated, and you might work with them and even be one of them, so get it crystal clear in your head how to generalize this feeling to make it work for us all.
Of course some employees still make stupid and sometimes inconvenient mistakes except for the horribly unforgivable ones, yet in the end, there is no perfect human at all.
In order for the boss to be great in their employees' eyes, they must always listen to their opinions and make appropriate responses to all their comments. Also, they should share their most honest and true perspective with their team, department or company. And this is no way separated from the big task of building a successful company.
What Everybody Should Strive For?
Employees working remotely may rarely be able to meet with their team. There a company met with their team. A company holds an off- site meeting to exchange thoughts, team building, and strategize and to carry out all the activities that typically occur in these kinds of meetings. The team has a great time full of interaction and planning, especially when the boss says something important to all employees.
She told them that senior leadership represented by senior management is critical for a company’s success, but personal leadership is the decisive or key component for prosperity. This means that every individual within an organization should strive to be a leader for themselves and for their colleagues and a true force in the workplace and then each employee can get or gain more additional rewards, in addition to self-satisfaction.
In the End:
You should touch the hearts of your employees, so they won't forget those beautiful feelings and that is what the remaining 60% of unintegrated managers should strive for.
