“Your perfect self longs to be united with you as much as you long to be united with it, so do not lose hope, for at last you will be united when you know your truth, and your truth will free you from everything that is not kind and loving to you". Author (D.Luminita Saviuc)
Your ideal self:
No matter who you are, where you have been, and how impossible the idea of being and living your best life may seem, there is always a better way, and it all starts when you rebalance and unite your truth with your ideal self.
10 effective ways to balance yourself with your truth:
1. Build your ideal self on a solid foundation:
Why do you think so many of us yearn to become someone so much greater than we thought ourselves to be? Because the memory of our true self is still rooted within us, calling us as eagerly to be united with it, as we want to be united with our ideal self. (D.Luminita Saviuc)
The reason many people are unhappy with themselves and their lives is that they pretend to be something that does not represent them. You see them living their lives based on what others think is right and appropriate for them and to impress those people, instead of living to be admired.
If you want to identify with your ideal self, and wish to experience the joy, freedom, and fulfillment that comes from matching with the person you dream of becoming, then you must ensure that you are laying a strong and steady foundation for reviving this new self, by being honest with yourself with all your heart and learn to listen to the wisdom of your heart and pay more attention to that inner voice than to the noisy voice of the world around you.
There is a huge difference between what pleases the world and what is true to the heart, so seek to know the difference and dare to stay true to your inner vision, even if the whole world calls it stupid, silly, and crazy. And always remember that trends come and go, but it is the truth that remains forever. So, be true to yourself and forget what other people think.
2. Asking Yourself: Who am I?
“You don't have to search for your ideal self, but you have to work with it because your ideal self is the real you.” (D.Luminita Saviuc)
One of the greatest questions you can ask yourself as you begin to explore your way out of your old self and into this new perfect self is to ask yourself: Who am I?
Who am I outside of the things I have been built into during my life? And who am I apart from beliefs, fears, successes and failures, limitations and social conditions? And who am I apart from what my family, friends, and the world expect of me?
Most importantly, who am I outside of this self-made image that now seems so real? Who is the real ego apart from all that?
3. Surrendering your will to God:
“Surrender comes from love, and from a deep trust in the power of God that gives life to everything in existence. You will find that when you trust, it is easy to relax, let go, and let God lead your way. We trust when we love, and doubt when we fear.” (D.Luminita Saviuc)
Your truth will become evident to you when you bow your head with all its harsh thoughts, fears, and limitations, and when you listen to the wisdom of your heart with love, humility, and resignation, so that from there everything begins to flow naturally. Surrender is the key to compatibility with your true self, so surrender your command completely to God, for He loves you more than you love yourself, and pray to Him to guide you on the way out of yourself that is filled with fear and sadness.
4. Letting go of the need to resist:
You don't have to suffer by constantly trying to push and resist the natural flow of life. You're already the person you dream of being, and you don't have to cause yourself more pain by trying to impose certain things.
So, get rid of this exhausting need to control how things develop. Instead, learn to relax in life, allow things to take their natural course, and allow life to work for you and not against you. Also, let go of fear, doubt, and resistance, and be who you always were. Trust that your true self will emerge, and everything that isn't real about you will slowly but surely fade away.
5. Pay attention to your inner voice:
We all know, as you do in the depths of your being, the answer to the question: Who am I? But it's just that most of us have become so used to wearing a mask and pretending to be someone we're not to the extent that we're now afraid to let go of our fake selves and rebalance it with our real ideal selves, so don't let this happen to you.
Pay attention to your inner voice, dare to do the things it tells you to do, follow its instructions, trust its wisdom, and let it be your trusted guide and teacher to find your way out of your old fake self and into your true and perfect self.
6. Create a vision of your ideal self:
Ask yourself: If there were no limits to the person I could become, who would I be?
So, if there were no limits to the person you could become, who would you be?
- How will you embrace yourself?
- How will you think, speak, feel, dress, and act?
- How will people see you if you become the best version of yourself?
- How will they talk to you and about you?
- How will they treat you and how will you treat them? Most importantly, how will you treat yourself?
Participate in this creative process by helping your ideal self-emerge. Ask yourself the right question that will ultimately lead you not only to the right questions, but also to your true self. Also, always remember that your desire alone is not enough to become better, but you have to act on your desire and start embodying the person you dream of becoming.
7. Don't limit your imagination:
The person you dream of becoming is you, and the only reason you can't realign yourself to this version of you is because you're still holding on to that old, fake self.
Ask yourself: What do I want? Then go ahead and give yourself that thing you desire because as the great writer Napoleon Hill put it so beautifully: “The mind can achieve all it can conceive and believe.”
8. Train your mind to work for you, not against you:
Research in neuroscience shows that the human brain does not know the difference between what is real and what is imagined. They are the same to your mind, which means that if you can imagine yourself to be a much greater person than you ever thought you were, your ideal self will eventually become the real you if you hold on to your vision of your ideal self and give it your energy, focus, and attention every day.
9. Belief in oneself:
What defines your personality is what you care about, no matter what. This capacity of interest works all the time, whether you realize it or not.” - French adventurer Count Saint Germain.
This fact reflects the essence of your personality and from which your existence is manifested. You are the human being who lives, moves, and dwells in the depths of yourself. You are the person who does not know the impossible and who breaks all boundaries to reach creativity and limitless power, and whose memory remains immortal. Anything you focus your attention on reflects on your personality, so focus all your attention on your ideal image, and you must reach it one day.
10. Focusing only on what you want:
What you are and what you experience at any given moment is the result of what you allow your attention to focus on. If you allow your attention to attract sensual things, you will live in a sensual world captive of your limitations, your ego, and your fake self. However, if you guide your attention to the light within you, you will find freedom and liberation from everything that does not resemble you
So, seek wisdom, beauty, love, nobility, truth, and understanding, strive to be one with your truth, abandon your fake self to obtain your true and ideal self, and give your precious focus, energy, and attention to the person you wish to become. The person you already are and everything else will fade away when you do.
