What is coaching and directing?

5. Group coaching:
The role of the group coach is to work with individuals within groups. The coach training ranges from individual and group leadership development to individual career development. The group coach role is to manage the effort in team building. The most important feature of group training is to combine the benefits of individual training with the resources provided to the groups. Individuals learn from one another through the interactions that take place between them within the framework of the group coaching.
6. Performance coaching:
It means that the coach assists employees at all levels of their jobs in terms of understanding the requirements of the job, working better, and clarifying the qualifications necessary to provide what is required of them in the job and the gap between their current performance and the level required of them. Therefore, it provides employees with opportunities to improve their performance at work, and the coach works with employees, not only employees, and helps develop plans for their further professional development.
7. Newly appointed leader coaching:
The role of the Coach is to help employees perform their new leadership roles and help them understand their leadership appropriately. 11. Targeted behavior coaching:
The role of the coach is to provide assistance and direct the behavior of the trained individual, as the coach changes the negative behaviors that hinder the individual’s development and improve their life or helps them learn new and more effective ways of working and interacting with those around them. 12. Legacy coaching:
This type of training is used for candidates to retire from their senior management positions, where they are assisted in accepting retirement and making their important decisions. 13. Succession coaching:
Succession means promotion. The role of the coach is to introduce potential candidates for a new position that trains them on the right way to manage and take on an important new position, and work efficiently, and be able to provide the results required of them. This type of training is used in any institution for development and growth and promotions among its leadership ranks.
14. Communication and presentation skills coaching:
This type of coaching takes place to help the individual gain self-awareness about how the person communicates with others and how to look at them, especially at the time of presenting the mass update. The aim of this type is to teach the individual new ways to help them interact with others better, and the trainer uses video recording for clients to show them themselves, and in that way they understand what needs to be changed better. 15. Team training:
The coach's role is to work with team coaches and team members to establish the team in a way that is suitable with its goal, and help them develop a vision, strategy, and rules that control dealing within the team in order to ensure the achievement of team goals and teach them the impact of individual and collective responsibility on the results of their team.
