What Exactly is Synchronicity? Can Ideas Influence Reality?

A friend calls you unexpectedly while you are thinking about them, or you think about dieting and figuring out the best way to do it, and a few days later, you find yourself on a plane sitting next to a dietitian. Synchronicity is proof that you are right in your thinking.

Note: This article is based on the work of the author "Chris," in which he tells us about his experience with the concept of synchronicity.

According to psychologist Carl Jung, who first used the term synchronicity to describe these cases, synchronicity refers to the signals and directives the universe sends out when we tune in and think it will respond to our energy or thoughts. We must live in the present to set and align possibilities. Still, we must also disengage our thoughts from our physical surroundings to experience the multidimensional reality of the quantum field, which is beyond time, space, and our bodies.

Finding a solution indeed gets harder the more time we spend deliberating and making plans to do so. For instance, it can be challenging to lose weight when you're trying to do so. I hate running, but I've always been told that I "need" to run to lose weight. The issue is that I won't run continuously every day because I genuinely hate this sport.

I was surprised to see this case everywhere I looked because I would see people playing basketball, for example, and they would likely lose a lot of calories. Then, I thought of playing soccer as a way to have fun during my weight loss journey, and it really happened, and I lost weight easily without focusing on "losing weight."

Alter your thoughts, as they are real

We can radically alter our lives thanks to quantum physics. We can alter our behavior and our lives when we sharpen and organize our thoughts and then let our feelings and deeds reflect those thoughts. Synchronicity indicates from the universe that you are on the right track. As a result, pay attention to it every day and remember that anything is possible. You will also see daily signs that will help you achieve your goals.

Turning ideas into reality

We are a part of universal intelligence and are interconnected with everything, but because our past experiences and current way of life have such a big impact on how we think, we start to doubt who we are and what this intelligence is capable of. When we alter our beliefs in response to new perceptions, we alter our behavior, which alters our experience and reality. Every day, synchronicity strengthens our faith by serving as a reminder to keep a positive outlook and to trust that the Lord is always there to assist us.

Examples of synchronicity

When random thoughts appear in my mind, I either eagerly anticipate them if they are positive or pray to the Lord that they are not realized and imagine the opposite if they are negative. I have also experimented with synchronicity numerous times, thinking about someone and then coming across them after a short while.

After my mother passed away a few years ago, I was constantly reflecting on the traits she had that I missed. All of these traits, including the way my wife behaves, cooks, and talks, are exactly what I miss in my mother. I also gave money some thought, and a client called almost immediately after I did.

It never fails to amaze me how quickly things can happen. I now understand from experience that there are ways to obtain what I want; all it takes is for my thoughts to be altered to align with my desire and to encourage synchronicity. This is where I feel like I'm putting desire into someone else's heart.

Do you believe everything in your life has been planned so perfectly that you are prepared to receive it? Your demands reveal that you are impatient and don't wait for universal timing, which allows you to divert your attention from what is approaching you. The following items can assist you in comprehending universal timing:

  • Why don't we consume all of our meals at once?
  • Why is it satisfying that organisms develop gradually and carefully at various stages?
  • Why would moviemakers spend millions of dollars on a two-hour story when they could just give us a five-minute summary?
  • Why do you think it is preferable to spend years learning a challenging subject rather than a short amount of time mastering something simple?
  • When the long trips are over, why bother?
  • How could having an idea be better than seeing it come true?
