However, they all essentially explain how to categorize different personality types and provide a better understanding of how to deal with their diversity. In fact, my personal experience suggests that ambitious managers and those seeking self-improvement are better off joining courses specifically focused on this subject. Although this is a great starting point, a deeper understanding of this topic can be gained by reflecting on your management style or personal approach and studying different personality types under professional guidance. So, what does it mean to develop your skills in this field?

At this stage, you should have a description of this person's style, which you can use to put the skills you've learned and practiced into actual practice. Ultimately, you will learn a great deal about how to deal with this person in particular.

It's as simple as that! This course covers a lot of ground and is usually a significant time investment for anyone. I've seen many people enroll in these kinds of courses, following a similar straightforward summary as outlined above, and I've never heard anyone complain that it was a waste of their time. Instead, they often praise the investment they've made and proudly talk about their increased self-awareness.
