These questions will help you discover your true self, reveal your beliefs, and explain to you the reasons for your lack of self-confidence in different situations.

Ask yourself these questions in a clear voice when you are alone. This is a conversation between you and yourself. No one else should be with you. Look in the mirror calmly and honestly and ask yourself these questions. Then, start answering each question. Answer honestly and search deep within yourself for the answer:

  1. Am I someone who doesn't deserve love and happiness?
  2. Am I really not handsome, beautiful, and special?
  3. Is my life really meaningless?
  4. Am I that insignificant in my family, community, and work?
  5. Do I really need to have respect and appreciation from others?
  6. Am I really not adding anything special to the world?
  7. Is my identity and future really determined by what happened to me in the past?
  8. Do my fears and doubts really control my life and determine my destiny?

Repeat asking and answering these questions until you believe the true answer. Get rid of the false beliefs that led to these doubts and fears.

I personally found that asking the right questions was the easiest and most effective way to eliminate my doubts and boost my self-confidence. You can apply this method to get the same results.

Self-confidence lies deep within each of us. You cannot gain this feeling through others or the outside world because it lies within you in abundance. Self-confidence is an innate feeling for every human being. No one can take it away from you.

You are no longer confident in yourself because of the doubts, fears, lies, and many feelings of guilt you have felt for years to the point that they obscured your self-confidence. Therefore, you must eliminate these factors first to regain your self-confidence.
