10 Possible Harmful Effects of Eating Wheat and How to Lose Weight

I consider myself a normal young man. I eat fairly healthy foods, pay attention to my weight, exercise a lot, drink a lot of water, and realize what's going on inside my body in general even though I'm not obsessed with it, and I have no problem gaining a little weight every now and then.

But now, as I get a little older, I find it more difficult to lose weight if I don't follow a healthy diet, which for me is to replace white bread with wholemeal flour bread, as well as eating a lot of vegetables and fruits, and drinking large amounts of water, which I strongly support.

But the problem is my intense love for pasta and whole flour bread sandwiches, and I like to dip Digestive biscuits in my cup of coffee as well, and over the last year I've almost started noticing that I sneeze every time I eat bread rolls or Digestive biscuits, but I didn't pay much attention to it then.

And then I started with a small experiment. I was refraining from eating pasta, bread, and biscuits for one month, and this entailed, as expected, a loss of a few kilograms of weight, feeling very healthy, and the feeling of bloating, lethargy, and fatigue stopped. When I eat them again, I gain what I lost and feel bloated in my stomach, fatigue, and mental lethargy. So, I felt that my body was telling me to stop eating these types of food, but I did not know the reason until after more research, and  It was wheat.

I will show you the results that I have found, which are based on many researches and thousands of studies over five decades, and not only those taken from a few research reports. Although there are many reasons why you should refrain from eating wheat, bread, sandwiches, and pastries made from it, I will mention below the ten most powerful and convincing reasons, taken from the blog of Dr. William Davis, which must be communicated to food associations in order for them to stop  giving positive health advice about whole grains:

  1. Opioids derived from "gliadin" caused by partial digestion of long pieces of amino acids No. 4 and 5 that increase appetite for food significantly, as are the related proteins found in rye, barley, and corn, which explains why grains lead to weight gain.
  2. Opioids derived from gliadin are mind-stimulating drugs that induce emotions and behavioural agitation in children with ADHD or autism, as well as induce manic episodes in people with bipolar disorder, paranoia attacks or paranoia in people with schizophrenia, and a 24-hour food manic obsession in people prone to bulimia or binge eating disorder.
  3. In its original state unchanged, "gliadin" begins to release the body's autoimmune processes, meaning it induces the immune system responsible for defending the body against pathogenic organisms to attack healthy body tissues, leading to rheumatoid arthritis, type I diabetes, multiple sclerosis, psoriasis and 200 other autoimmune diseases.
  4. Amylopectin A significantly raises blood sugar levels above sucrose levels or the basal level of sugar.
  5. Stacks of wheat sprouts are a highly influential poison in the intestines.
  6. Wheat bud stacks impede the work of the gallbladder and pancreas by blocking the receptors of "cholecystokinin" and impeding its action.
  7. Phytin salts hinder the absorption of all positively charged minerals, such as iron, zinc, and magnesium.
  8. Wheat contains many allergens, such as trypsin and turidoctase inhibitors, alpha-amylase and gamma-gliadin inhibitors, which are responsible for asthma, rashes, and digestive disorders.
  9. The pills lead to severe disruption of the functioning of the endocrine glands, which explains the worsening condition of women with polycystic ovary syndrome when taking these pills, the development of gynecomastia in some men, the increase in female oestrogen levels with low levels of male testosterone, the high level of prolactin secreted by the pituitary gland, the cessation of the work of the hormone cortisol, and the thyroid gland with autoimmune inflammation that leads to disruption of its functions.
  10. The food and agribusiness sector uses wheat and cereals to control consumer purchasing behaviour, exploiting the addictive and motivating effects on the purchasing desire to increase food consumption and expand the market for food discharge.

The significance of the above:

We conclude that eating wheat and cereals is not a healthy eating habit despite what organisations tell us about a healthy diet, and we have reached epidemic levels of obesity around the world that are still worsening to date, and wheat is one of the worst contributors to this.

Here is a list of some of the possible side effects of eating wheat:

  • Multiple types of cancer, including: cancer of the pancreas, large intestine, stomach, and lymphoma.
  • Autoimmune diseases such as Hashimoto's thyroiditis.
  • Depression, anxiety disorder and schizophrenia.
  • Allergic or allergy.

This does not mean stopping eating pasta, bread, sweets, pastries, rolls, biscuits, crackers, and other foods made from cereals, but the best way to deal with their effects is to experiment. We read daily about foods harmful to health, and there do not seem to be any foods useful for health that can be eaten, so I advise you to follow a diet free of wheat and cereals for 30 days, and wait for their health results.

If you notice concrete results, you will be directly sure that our research is correct, but if you do not feel any difference from the period when you were taking the pills, you can return to eating the foods you want as before. Despite the great quality of this research, it does not have any meaning without experiencing it directly and waiting for its results on ourselves.
