As You Age: Three Tips You Need to Remind Yourself of

There is a child inside each of us who accompanies us as we grow older. This child needs care. Since they are unable to take care of themselves, they can influence our decisions as adults in a variety of ways.

Three tips that will help you take care of the child inside

1. Tell them everything will be fine

It's hard to believe when you're scared, or maybe angry with yourself and can't imagine a happy ending to what might seem like unsolvable problems, but it's true. 3. Don't worry about the things you're not good at

You may never learn math, and that's okay, and you may never learn mechanical skills, and it won't matter.
